About Leeanne Gardner

Driven by her lifelong passion for horses and the realization that many people she encountered struggled to identify their true passions, Leeanne Gardner made a bold decision in 2008. After a successful 25-year career in the corporate world, she founded Unbridle IT, LLC, with a clear mission: to help individuals discover their “IT” and create a life filled with excitement and purpose. She felt a calling to make a meaningful impact with her beloved show horses, Sassy and Romeo.

As Leeanne transitioned into entrepreneurship, the initial launch of her equine program in 2008 felt like a nonprofit endeavor, reflecting the economic challenges of the time. Leveraging her corporate expertise, she also began providing essential marketing and business support to small enterprises and purpose driven organizations.

In 2020, the onset of the pandemic served as a wake-up call for Leeanne. She realized that a vital part of her happiness – her connection with horses – had been lost. With the passing of Sassy in 2011 and Romeo in 2016, she felt her passion and heart connection fade away. Determined to reclaim her joy, Leeanne decided to take charge of her life and listen to the persistent inner voice urging her to do so.

Leeanne took the reins, rediscovered her passion and was inspired to document her journey in a “how-to” book, sharing her insights with others. Many of the transformative lessons she learned were gleaned from her experiences with horses. Her 2021 Amazon #1 Best Selling book, “Unbridle IT! Buck Up and Create Your Happy!” is a self-help workbook offering actionable steps for cultivating happiness and fulfillment in both life and business. A portion of the book’s proceeds is dedicated to supporting her non profit organization, Unbridled Pathways.
